When are orders dispatched?

Payments confirmed after 03:00 PM are processed the following working day.
Which delivery services are used?
UK shipments are handled through third-party delivery providers using the available service levels at the time of booking. Shipping methods may include First Class or Special Delivery, depending on the destination and operational schedules.
Delivery charges
Transport fees are calculated per order and displayed during checkout prior to confirmation.
Tracking
All UK orders are processed and shipped within 1 working day of payment confirmation using Special Delivery Service.
Delivery is expected by 1pm on the next working day after dispatch. While tracking numbers are not issued directly to customers, every shipment is tracked internally and monitored closely by our team to ensure safe and successful delivery.
