Orders are dispatched at 9:00 Am Monday-Fri. Orders paid after 8:00 AM are dispatched the next business morning.

What delivery service do you use?

We offer two Royal Mail delivery options for UK orders:

• Royal Mail First Class (1–3 Working Days)
• Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Working Day)

Both services guarantee secure, discreet, and reliable delivery across the UK.

What are the delivery charges?

We charge the next flat rates per order:

• First Class Delivery (1–3 Working Days): £5.95
• Next Day Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Working Day): £9.00

Customers can select their preferred delivery choice at checkout.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

We now ship within the UK & Ireland only through our website.
If you’re ordering from the USA, please email us directly at orders@bioprostore.com or WhatsApp us to check availability and arrange shipping.
